The Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering Technology (EIET) Department offers Associate Programs in Electronics and Instrumentation accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) while Bachelors Degree Programs in Electronics and Instrumentation are in the process of being ABET-accredited. These accreditations ensure that our college programs meet the global quality standards established by the Electronics and Instrumentation profession. One of the major focuses of the department is the transformation of young Saudis into skilled and innovative members of the Saudi Arabian community who can withstand the challenges of an evolving industrial world. This is accomplished through exposing students to modern concepts applicable in a variety of industries in the realm of Process Control and Instrumentations, Installation, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Instrumentations & Electronic Equipments & Systems. Our modern laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment so that the students are in a position to take up responsible positions in industry straightaway. EIET students receive hands-on-laboratory experience as part of the curriculum aside from actual industrial trainings provided by established industries whom we have strategic partnerships or alliance. Our outstanding and dedicated faculty members have diversity in terms of education, nationality, experience and excel in their professional, industrial and academic fields. They help students succeed in their field of study by presenting creative, stimulating and challenging teaching and learning environment with the goal of providing quality technical education among the youth.
