IMT Department History
The Industrial Management Technology Department (IMT) was established in 1996, to offer Associate Degrees in three specialization areas:
- Office Management Technology
- Materials Management Technology
- Accounting and Financial Management Technology
IMT Department has established a Baccalaureate Program in Management since the year 2005 which is offered to students who successfully complete the Associate Degree Program and a minimum GPA requirement.
IMT is organized as an independent academic department of Yanbu Industrial College to impart Management education. The department is chaired by a Head of Department and he is assisted by two program coordinators-one for Associate Degree programs and the other for the Baccalaureate program. The program coordinator for Associate degree is supported by course coordinators who look after each specialization area offered.
The Associate Degree program of the Department is accredited by ACBSP
